New Registration Policy!
Registration Information:
Copy
a new registration form for each training you plan to attend.
Fill
in the workshop name, date, and cost.
Registration
form and receipt of payment are required for registration.
Training is $3.50 an hour
unless otherwise noted.
Since pre-registration is
required and because space is often limited, participants must
pre-register to ensure a space for themselves at the workshop.
Registration
fees are non-refundable.
Credit will be given if you contact us 2 business days prior to the
session. Credit will also be given if training is cancelled due to
low participation or weather.
Child
Care Resource and Referral maintains that children deserve
well-supervised active play opportunities currently unavailable at
these adult workshops.
Participants will not be allowed to stay if they bring children.
Call
for confirmation or provide an e-mail address for confirmation that
the training registration has been received.
Registration
in NOT complete until payment (purchase orders will be accepted) is
received.
Payment and registration form must be received a week (7 days) before the
training is to occur.
Confirmation will be given
when payment is received.
